We like to call ourselves a farm-to-table bodega. To us, that means serving up creative sandwiches, hearty salads, and fun sides made fresh to order with ingredients sourced and used with thought.

We don’t take shortcuts. We craft our own marinades, make all our own dry rubs, and smoke ALL of our meats right here in the Hudson Valley. Whether you’re grabbing a hot sandwich or picking up one of our frozen prepared dinners to make your weeknight a little easier, you’re getting food made with love, thought and fresh ingredients.

We love the Hudson Valley, and we want to keep it beautiful. That’s why we are committed to sustainability, using primarily compostable and recyclable products in our packaging.
